With plans to improve and expand our surgery in a new build on this site, we are keen to elicit the help of volunteer patients.

We are looking for patients of this practice with an interest or expertise in interior architecture or design, parking logistics, lighting, sustainable building or anyone who is interested in ensuring the new surgery works perfectly for our patients now and in the future.

We would anticipate you would need to attend no more than 4 meetings here at the surgery over the next year.  The meetings will be chaired by one of the Partners.

This will be the first of several working groups we will be putting together to improve the services we offer our patients.  If you have a particular expertise and feel you may be able to contribute to our practice development, please leave your name and contact details with reception and we will be in contact with you discuss the matter further.

Please complete the form below and send it to
